Oy! Happy Easter!
What’s Easter without the eggs and stuff?
I only got two of these eggs made for this year, but I am so gonna make more for next Easter! First time doing these eggs, so had to sort of test the waters and stuff. Hard to see, but added these fluffy flocked rub-ons to the surface, originally intended to add some distress paint too but forgot, ahwell. Think I’d want to add more texture to the surface next year!
Made this one for my little sis. Wish someone would make me one too!
Made this one with Prima stuff only. More Easter inspiration from the other Prima-girls can be found here by the way.
But alas. I’ll have to stick to my open half eggs. Open egg = more inviting by the way. And easier to empty. Way too easy…
This egg was made by decoupaging vintage sheets of paper and whitewashing it and adding stuff from Maya Road, by the way.
You can find the instructions here, although really, this egg is so very easy to whip up.
I even made a couple Easter cards, for Glue Arts! Instructions found here.
Psst. There’s an Easter Egg hunt on the Glue Arts blog atm, for a promocode for 20% off your online purchase of GA adhesives, good April 7th-8th. Just in case you’re buying GA-adhesives anyways – then twenty percent off is sweet, hm? (I love bargains and am kicking myself atm for not remembering that I wanted to try out the moroccan oil hair stuff when one of these websites selling the brand actually had 15% off these flasks just a few days ago. They’re rarely put out for sale, sorta. Grr!)
Right. The final Easter inspo piece for this year…this little box made w/prima stuff. I really didn’t quite know what to do w/these birds nest stuff, as it’s quite dimensional for card/layout use (for my taste anyways).
But as a topper on these box? Amazing! perfect! :)
Riiight!
Guess that’s it for now.
:)
Psst. Mediterranean France. Any tips or ideas as to where to stay or go? Or eat? I’ve become quite obsessed as to plan in advance where to eat to ensure we’re going to places w/restaurants worth trying out, haha (but really, it sucks when you’re going somewhere special and only have so and so many days/tries to try out the local cuisine…you want to make sure you hit the jackpot every time then, sorta). Right. ‘Nuff rambling :)

Så mye flott påskestæsj! Nydelig!!! :D
God påske til deg!
Hey! I haven't visited in a little while, just wanted to pop in to say that I find your recent more beautiful and inspiring than ever :) Have fun with your Mediterranean trip! I am super obsessed about planning my meals too(even reserving certain meals for trying stuff off street vendors, etc). When my husband and I went to Provence we had a great time at 2 Relais & Chateaux properties, but it was part of a wine tour.
Nydelige påskeprosjekt du har laget. Digger de gjennomsiktige blomstene på det øverste egget. Ha en fin kveld :-)
Så fine ting du har laget!
Klem
Fabulous projects!
